Pay Range
$112.40 - $179.85Major Responsibilities
P&C Strategy Communication
- Develop and execute a holistic communication strategy that supports the People & Culture agenda and key initiatives (e.g., talent development, DEI, wellbeing, engagement).
- Translate P&C strategy into compelling narratives and campaigns that resonate with diverse employee audiences.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure messaging consistency across touchpoints.
Total Rewards Communication
- Lead communication planning for Total Rewards programs — including compensation, benefits, wellbeing, retirement, and equity plans.
- Create clear, accessible messaging that helps teammates understand and maximize their rewards.
- Collaborate with Total Rewards and Legal to ensure compliance and clarity across all employee segments.
Reward & Recognition Messaging
- Design and execute communication strategies that celebrate performance, milestones, and peer-to-peer recognition.
- Support enterprise and local recognition programs through toolkits, leader messages, and event communications.
- Drive visibility and storytelling around recognition moments to reinforce culture and values.
Teammate Events & Experiences
- Lead internal communications for major People & Culture-driven events (e.g., appreciation weeks, global all-hands, town halls, engagement campaigns).
- Partner with Events and Experience teams to design messaging journeys before, during, and after key experiences.
- Develop creative content and channel strategies to maximize participation and impact.
Leadership Communication Strategy
- Develop a unified strategy for how leaders communicate about people priorities and organizational culture.
- Define leader communication roles, responsibilities, and expectations — with a focus on cascading and local activation.
- Build and maintain tools and frameworks to support leader-led communication at scale.
Leader Content Development
- Craft executive-level communications on behalf of P&C and business leaders, including scripts, emails, speaking points, and video content.
- Create templated leader toolkits for key moments in the employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, reviews, team changes).
- Measure effectiveness and continuously improve leader engagement and clarity.
Minimum Job Requirements
Education
Certification / Registration / License
Work Experience
8+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or HR communications.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Strong understanding of HR functions including total rewards, performance management, and talent development.
- Experience supporting senior leaders with high-impact content and coaching.
- Outstanding written, visual, and verbal communication skills — with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
- Experience working in a global, fast-paced organization preferred.
