We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

PayPal, Inc. seeks Sales Operations Analyst 3 in Austin, TX

Job Duties: Serve as a central point for discovery and standardization of demand generation and lead management processes and practices as well as establishing data standards across marketing segments and geo regions as it relates to Top of Funnel activities. Build and maintain the marketing portion of the funnel and partner with other departments on how those fit into the full funnel across RevOps, Sales, CSM, Sales and Marketing Analytics. Establish ongoing lead object hygiene: rules and cadence for merging records, archiving records, mitigating bot attacks on marketing webforms (in partnership with DBM and tech teams), and lead enrichment to enable automated segmentation and personalization. Develop and gain agreement of definitions and oversight for MAL, MQL, SAL as well as unqualified leads reason codes. Document KPls and reporting requirements and work closely with the Marketing and Sales analytics teams to reflect these in the lead dashboard. Establish and apply scoring and grading datapoints for data-quality reporting and creating sales triggers. Document, prioritize and socialize asks / pitch decks for annual budget and roadmap planning. Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Analytics, Operations Research, Consumer Behavior, or a related field plus 18 months of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Special Skill Requirements:

  1. Lead management: Improve lead data hygiene, routing, and enrichment while generation lead reports in Salesforce Sales Cloud – 18 months.
  2. Marketing automation: Optimize marketing asset setup, prospect data sync, and lead scoring models using a Marketing Automation platform (Pardot or Marketo) – 18 months.
  3. Data analysis and visualization: Partner with the analytics team to structure B2B sales and marketing data, document KPIs, and uncover insights using data analysis and visualization tools (Excel or Tableau) – 18 months.
  4. Web and ad technology: Experience in marketing data tracking and attribution using ad and web technologies (UTM parameters, Google Analytics, or ad platforms) – 18 months.
  5. Project management: Lead cross-functional projects from planning to execution using software applications (Excel or Jira) – 18 months.
