Buck & Rider is looking for Prep Cooks to join our elite culinary team!  

At Buck & Rider, we take pride in serving the freshest seafood flown in daily and hand-cut steaks, in a high-energy, high-volume environment. We are looking for a dedicated Prep Cook to join our culinary team and support the backbone of our scratch kitchen.  What You’ll Do
  • Assist chefs by preparing high-quality ingredients with precision and consistency
  • Follow recipes and portion standards to support smooth line service
  • Wash, chop, measure, and store produce, seafood, meats, and other items with care
  • Maintain a clean and organized prep area, following food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work efficiently to support a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
  • Support team members and jump in where needed to ensure flawless service
 What We’re Looking For
  • Previous prep cook or kitchen experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person with the right attitude
  • Strong knife skills and a passion for learning classic prep techniques
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization

Housed in an Australian-inspired dwellings, their rugged architecture nestles a sophisticatedly warm interior, anchored by stone fireplaces, that seamlessly open to floor-to-ceiling glass-doors to the outdoors in a lush, landscaped patio.

Priding ourselves in utmost freshness and ingredients, our compelling seafood and steak dishes are chef-crafted with gusto, directly from farmers and fishermen of the East, West, and Gulf Coasts. Taking advantage of fishing conditions, we fly in our fish and seafood direct daily to your plate – a first in Arizona. Our steaks are of our own Buck & Rider-Reserve Beef, and paired beautifully with our expertly crafted cocktails, raw-bar items, hand-rolled sushi, and farm-fresh vegetables.
