- You’ll contribute to HR projects such as succession planning and the preparation of our People Conference.
- Together with the team, you’ll foster an open, inclusive, and transparent feedback culture and help translate insights into development initiatives.
- You’ll apply your academic knowledge to improve HR support and development processes and make workflows more efficient. You’ll also be a valuable source of inspiration in our reverse mentoring sessions.
- You’ll have the opportunity to support the HR team in company-wide transformation projects.
What You Bring
- You are enrolled in a degree program related to business, social sciences, or HR – e.g., Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or Human Resources Management.
- Ideally, you have some initial practical experience in HR – through internships or student roles.
- You’re available for at least two semesters and highly motivated to contribute actively.
- You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, with a proactive and open mindset.
- You are confident using standard software such as Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel, and ideally familiar with HR tools like Personio, Workday, or similar.
