Senior Custody Operations Analyst, hybrid, Senior Associate

Who we are looking for
We are seeking a  proactive, detail-oriented professional with  proven experience in leading daily operational tasks (BAU) and skilled in documenting processes through SOPs and job aids. Custody asset servicing expertise would be an advantage.  Strong controls and growth mindset focused on right‑first‑time processing and early escalation, clear stakeholder communication. English required, Italian a plus for Italy book.

What you will be responsible for

As part of the Custody and Shared Services team, you will  play a pivotal role in daily operational tasks (BAU), operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration as well as manage deliverables that support Custody Operations Manager in managing the business and effectively resolve issues in order to minimize risk and exposure.

Your New Role

As a Senior Custody Operations Analyst you will:

• Lead and coordinate daily BAU activities for Associates.
• Serve as the first point of contact for operational teams, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Escalate critical matters to the Officer and track resolution progress.
• Draft and maintain SOPs, job aids, and process documentation.
• Support reporting and analytics for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows.

What We Value

These skills will help you succeed in this role:

• Fluency in English; Italian strongly preferred or required for Italian client book 
• Experience in leading daily BAU operations.
• Strong documentation skills (SOPs, job aids etc).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services or custody operations.
• Prior experience in process documentation and operational leadership is preferred
