Compensation & Perks – You’ll Love This

 Base Pay:

• $20.00–$25.00 per 50-minute massage (based on experience)

 Uncapped Commission on Upgrades:

• Earn $3–$8 per upgrade
• Top performers make an extra $6–$9/hr just from upgrades

Generous Tips:

• Average $20–$30 per service
• Tips range from 18%–25% of service price
• All tips go straight to you via Tippy

 Total Earnings:

• Full-Time (30 hrs/week): $65,000–$88,000 annually
• Part-Time (15 hrs/week): $33,000–$44,000 annually

Your Role as a Massage Therapist:

As part of our team, you'll:

• Hold and maintain an active Massage Therapy License
• Carry massage liability insurance
• Customize treatment plans based on each client's unique needs
• Communicate clearly with clients and spa staff
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment
• Attend hands-on training, workshops & webinars
• Help us meet spa goals while keeping clients coming back!
