Job Summary
Manages a staff of Managers, engineers, and contractors responsible for, facilities design, construction, and management; energy usage and utilities; environmental engineering; HVAC and boiler house maintenance functions. Plant scope includes Smyrna, Canton, and Decherd. Supports NNA's objectives in facility construction/management, model launches, and manufacturing operations.
Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.

Minimum Qualifications

The following qualification statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.
1. Job Knowledge and Skill:
Excellent communication and motivational skills. Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and permits, facilities engineering, and energy. Knowledge of ISO14000, OSHA, TOSHA, NEC, ASHRAE, ADA, Building Codes, and Federal and Tennessee environmental and construction regulations.
2. Experience:
Ten or more years of related experience at a professional level.
3. Supervisory Experience:
Five or more years in a managerial role, providing strategy, vision and direction. Activities of subordinates or contractors varied considerably in objective and content and encompassed more than one discipline.
4. Education:
A four year degree in Engineering required.
5. Computer Skills:
Thorough computer knowledge such as Office.
