The area of SVA (Serviços com Valor Agregado) has established itself over the years as an area that facilitates commercial negotiations by adding value to discussions, transforming client relationships, and building strong, long-term partnerships.As a Senior Project Analyst in this area, you will play a key role in delivering value to clients by driving innovative solutions and initiatives that can positively impact the healthcare system. You will lead complex projects that expand access to therapies through cost-effective processes. This is a hybrid position based in São Paulo, Brazil.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Lead end-to-end project execution aligned with client objectives, focusing on implementing new technologies, enhancing clinical and administrative processes, optimizing costs, and expanding services
- Develop project plans including schedules, scope, budget and risk management, ensuring execution within established timelines and costs, with responsibilities related to understanding the financial aspects, to ensure planned budget
- Lead and ensure contract management with clients and suppliers in accordance with the company’s internal policies, ensuring payment flows are aligned with contract deadlines and amounts, upon receipt of invoices and supporting documentation for services rendered
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved, monitoring performance indicators, ensuring the quality and efficiency of implemented projects while identifying and mitigating potential risks
- Lead governance meetings, executive presentations, and preparation of analytical reports with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives, address challenges, and propose innovative solutions to enhance patient experience and optimize healthcare operations
Required Knowledge And Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (areas related to Engineering are welcome)
- MBA or post-graduate in Healthcare Management, Project Management, Healthcare Business or related
- Experience in consulting and/or project management, preferably in a corporate setting
- Familiarity with Agile and / or Project Management tools
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Excel
Additional nice-to-haves include a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, proficiency in another language (preferably Spanish), expertise in Power BI and experience working in the healthcare or medical device industry managing projects across different geographical regions.
