  • Dotes comunicativas a nivel oral y escrito.

Funciones:

Recibir,  gestionar y asesorar las consultas, solicitudes y aclaraciones de clientes activos, a través de los canales de comunicación existentes en la organización (telefónico y mail) en el marco de los productos y servicios de la compañía.

Gestionar una bolsa de clientes no caracterizada  impulsando y promoviendo la comercialización de productos y servicios.

Establecer una relación instantánea y lograr la satisfacción de  los clientes según la necesidad de cada interacción (upselling, retención de baja, fidelización…) basada en un modelo de selección y priorización de acciones comerciales.

Manifestar una permanente actitud de actualización de conocimientos en el sector objetivo, estando atento a su evolución, cambios y ajustes.
