The work student is responsible for supporting the NPI team in system verification tasks together with the System Verification department.

Primary Responsibilities

• Execution and evaluation of design verification tests in NPI project, especially FM400 including documentation in English language.
• Execution and evaluation of quality and functional tests of insufflation and pump tube sets (transportation safety testing, functional test, tensile strength tests, shelf-life tests, air bubble leak test etc.) including documentation in English language.
• Support in root cause analysis of test failures.
• Support of the System Verification Department in daily work especially in the FM400 project.
• Pre-tests on new device features
• Support of transportion testing esp. for tube sets
• Development of test fixtures for evaluation purposes
• Data analysis and reporting
• Take over administrative tasks e.g. updating document, prepare orders and support demo preparations
• Strict compliance with the quality, occupational safety and environmental regulations.

General Tasks

• Implementation of the instructions of the quality / environmental management representative and the occupational safety specialist.

Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies

• Bachelor or Master student of Engineering or natural science
• Very good English skills
• Logical and analytical work
• Knowledge in the documentation of scientific results
• Very good knowledge of English
• Quality conscious, trustworthy and reliable
• Structured and systematic way of working
