The Project Management Office Analyst supports the Global Project Management Office (PMO) by providing high-quality analysis, reporting, and operational support to ensure the successful delivery of global programs and projects. This role helps drive consistency, visibility, and accountability across the global project portfolio by supporting project governance, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives, working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to maintain tools and data integrity.
Your Role In Our Mission:
- Maintain and update global project portfolio dashboards, scorecards, and reports to provide visibility into project status, risks, budget, and resource allocation.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and performance data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Conduct follow-ups with managers and teams showing low performance results to ensure timely resolution and achievement of targets.
- Support global project governance by ensuring teams adhere to standards, templates, and processes.
- Collaborate with regional project managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness within systems used for reporting and project tracking. (e.g, SalesForce, SmartSheet, Resource Management, or custom platforms).
- Own the project intake process within project management tools, tracking status, and movement through the different project stages, and verify that project teams are submitting required documentation.
- Provide training or onboarding materials to new teams and users on systems and tools.
- Assist in managing the invoice payment cycle, including invoice registration and ensuring timely processing.
Valued Skills And Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management support, PMO analyst, or project coordination role in a global or digital services environment.
- Strong computer skills: proficient with the Google application bundle.
- English advanced required. Additional languages (Spanish or Portuguese) are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across regions and functions.

- Problem-solving to encountering complex data-related problems that require creative solutions.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret project data to produce accurate and actionable reports and dashboards.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- High accuracy in monitoring project documentation, timelines, budgets, and compliance with governance standards.
- Skilled in project management and collaboration tools.
- Working knowledge of Data Analysis & Visualization tools to create dashboards and interpret project data.
- Nice to have: Exposure to querying databases or interacting with data repositories to extract project-related data.
