Your day-to-day – We do what others say can’t be done

Ecosystem & Alliance Strategy 

• Develop and maintain a multi-year technology alliance strategy in alignment with Wolfspeed's growth objectives. 
• Identify, prioritize, and establish strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and collaborations to enhance technical capabilities and market positioning. 
• Evaluate partner technology roadmaps for alignment with Wolfspeed’s strengths and future technology directions. 

Strategic Special Projects

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects that involve external technology stakeholders, complex negotiations, or market entry strategies. 
• Coordinate technical due diligence, integration planning, and execution for joint R&D programs and co-development initiatives. 

Internal Cross-Functional Integration

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the “Technology Innovation” team to ensure coordination between external alliances and internal technology roadmaps. 
• Collaborate with product, operations, and commercial teams to integrate partnerships and technology strategies into product offerings and go-to-market plans. 
• Engage with R&D leaders to align partner capabilities and intellectual property strategies with development execution plans. 
• Partner with business units to align alliance activities with strategic objectives. 
• Establish governance structures, decision frameworks, and performance metrics for strategic technology partnerships. 

External Representation & Influence 

• Represent Wolfspeed in discussions with partners and key industry stakeholders. 
• Build and maintain relationships across technology partners to foster collaboration. 
• Influence industry dialogue by guiding technology adoption and collaboration models. 

Your Profile – Ready to join the Pack?

• 15+ years of leadership experience in semiconductor, electronics, or related high-tech industries, with a strong mix of technology and business expertise. 
• Proven success in developing and executing strategic partnerships or technology alliances that deliver measurable business value. 
• Strong technical foundation in semiconductors, materials, systems, or manufacturing, with the ability to engage credibly with engineering leaders and technical partners. 
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across technical, commercial, and legal domains. 
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. 
• This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
