Who You Are:

As a Treasury and Cash Management Product Trainer, you will be responsible for facilitating training classes for Treasury Management products designed to enhance product sales and customers' knowledge of product offerings and product functions.  In this role, you will also be identifying training needs internally and externally as well as research and recommend the most efficient and effective methods to deliver the training required.

What You’Ll Do:

• Create and update effective training materials and methodology in preparation for training sessions, presentations, manuals, and multimedia resources for internal members and external clients
• Collaborate with various departments within Treasury and Cash Management to identify training needs and create customized training plans designed to enhance knowledge of product offerings and functionality for internal and external clients
• Facilitate virtual and in-person trainings, including training sessions, workshops and webinars while maintaining accurate records of training sessions and attendance
• Evaluate the effectiveness of Frost’s training programs through assessments and gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve our learning and development courses
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and introduce them to our reputable Frost culture, philosophy, and core values

What You’Ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of training experience at a financial institution or customer service experience with knowledge of Treasury and Cash Management products and services
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
• Advanced knowledge of instructional design concepts and learning theories
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Adaptable to trainees’ learning styles and preferences
• Ability to travel
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
