Your Impact
Do you want to play a key role in sustaining one of Europe’s biggest defence programmes? As a Lead Project Manager within our Typhoon Support Enterprise team, you will be at the centre of ensuring operational excellence for Typhoon RADAR support across multiple customers. Based in Edinburgh, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance, efficiency, and innovation, while shaping the future of our support strategy.
What you will do as Lead PM – Typhoon RADAR Support:
- Lead the cross-functional Typhoon RADAR Support Integrated Product Team (IPT), ensuring effective management of common topics across all Typhoon customers.
- Drive operational performance at ML4, focusing on backlog reduction and operational efficiencies.
- Act as the main point of contact for support strategy and the product support roadmap.
- Champion best-in-class project management practices and play a key role in developing the wider PM team.
What You’Ll Bring:
To succeed in this role, you will bring a proven track record in project management and a strong ability to unite and motivate cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
Essential Skills And Experience Include:
- Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within complex engineering or defence environments.
- Ability to lead, influence, and federate diverse cross-functional teams.
- Strong capability in generating and executing data-driven plans that deliver measurable benefits.
- Knowledge of the product and the Eurofighter landscape is advantageous but not essential.
