The Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sales, Marketing and Partnerships team. Reporting to the Director, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and revenue by:

  • Acquiring and retaining Government and private sector clients.
  • Proactively identifying and securing sound, profitable, and scalable business opportunities.
  • Leading and contributing to compelling tender proposals and submissions.
  • Developing new revenue avenues through market research and trend identification.
  • Utilising CRM processes (including HubSpot) to manage leads and report accurately.

Skills & Experience:

We are looking for a candidate who brings:

  • 5+ years proven BD experience (Gov/Private).
  • Record of exceeding sales objectives consistently.
  • Experience in lead gen through networking, attendance at conferences and presenting.
  • Proficient use of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Professional experience in Vocational Education Training (VET).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Ability to travel within Australia (when needed)
