Job Description

The role of a Research Intern – Research & Consulting Services is to remain up-to-date in the property sector and be on top of all transactional data and any information that might affect any particular sector/s within the industry. The role will involve preparing/supporting the production of quality quarterly and bespoke research reports as directed. Through effective systems and time management the research analyst will be able to complete all tasks as allocated. You will work closely with the Team Leader in maintaining client relationships through providing quality customer service and exceptional report standards.

About the Role:

Research and Analysis work focuses on gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketplace trends and data as input to marketing and development strategies/plans for clients including:

  • Conduct market research activities and manage data collection (via internet, phone interviews, site inspections, proprietary sources/database, articles, news) on assigned destinations
  • Site visit, take photos and update project information
  • Ensuring property data inputs are of the highest quality
  • Produce quarterly market research reports as assigned
  • Support and respond to ad-hoc internal requests timely and ensuring that relevant data are provided
  • Translate standard documents
  • Complete general administrative tasks
  • Create proposals, capabilities statements, track records and other materials necessary for submission to clients in a timely fashion
  • Update the team’s pipeline and CRM system
  • Other ad-hoc tasks

About You:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in real estate or relevant field
  • Good graduates or 1 year of work experiences in research
  • Experience in developing and maintaining databases
  • IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • knowledge in Power BI, ArcGIS, data analytics literacy is a plus.
