Core Responsibilities

  • Agile Foundation Development: Lead the establishment and scaling of an agile framework within the Innovation Team, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Oversee project financials, optimize workflows, and drive value creation for key initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
  • Multi-functional Team Building: Assemble and coach multi-functional product teams, setting clear goals and facilitating their journey towards high performance and innovation.

Play Your Part In Our Team Succeeding

The team is responsible for Innovating new processing technologies to deliver product newness and coolness for the kids. At the same time the team explores how to significantly improve and even constantly look for innovation in the production setup within Processing. Our mission is to amplify innovation impact across the company by embracing Agile and Scrum methodologies, particularly from the ideation phase to proof of concept.

You will be part of developing new product (Production concepts) concepts from ideas to final product and help lay the foundation for optimizing value creation within your department and team.

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • Significant experience in project management is essential. Holding a PMP, Professional Scrum Master™ II (PSM II) Certification or Professional Agile Coach (PAC) Certification would be a valuable advantage.
  • Agile Leadership Experience: Demonstrated significant experience in agile leadership and product development, complemented by a solid foundation in traditional project management methodologies.
  • Team Development Skills: Proven track record in building and coaching multi-functional product teams, with a focus on setting achievable goals and fostering team dynamics.
  • Team Dynamics Expertise: Experience in team development, enhancing collaboration, and optimizing team performance to drive successful project outcomes.

Please note that we do not provide relocation support for this position. This position is at Sr Manager specialist level internally within the LEGO Group.
