Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct supply chain data analysis and reporting in collaboration with and supporting the Operations and Finance.
  • Support projects through research, analysis, and preparation of reports.
  • Automating our reports and data analysis (e.g. using Python, AI tools etc.).
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth team operations.
  • Contribute ideas to improve and innovate ways of working in Operations.

Starting with the initial release of LEGO MINDSTORMS in 1998, LEGO Education has been at the forefront of building experiences that merge digital and physical play. Today, we have built on this history with products like LEGO Education SPIKE Prime, LEGO Education SPIKE Essential and lately LEGO Education Science. In operations we ensure that we have the rights products, on the right location on the right shelves by working with sales, finance and the global supply chain organization ensuring the flow of accurate data. We further support our customers worldwide with any orders and requests.

Do you have what it takes?

  • It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker.
  • Interest in, and basic knowledge of supply chain processes.
  • Studying supply chain, operations, finance or similar at university.
  • Experience or interest in, AI supported Python programming.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Have minimum one year left to graduation.
  • You are able to work approx. 15 hours a week, primarily from our office in Billund.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
