Bring your strategic talent to the team and support the Strategy Partners at the LEGO Group.

Core Responsibilities

You will work with the Transformation team, supporting the most complex and impactful transformation programmes in the LEGO Group. Typically you will work on a project and team-related tasks. Your role will vary from project to project but you will contribute to many different types of strategic and transformative work. This can include:

  • Support specific team members on with analytical work
  • Support preparation of key Executive-level materials
  • Facilitate status-meetings and workshops
  • Help ensuring consistency and synergies across the team

The Strategy & Transformation team drives the Corporate Strategy development and value realization - towards our 2032 brand vision - across The LEGO Group. The Transformation Team supports a portfolio of critical transformation programmes, most with a significant digital delivery component. You will be able to influence what specific projects you work on, depending on what fits your skills and interest.

Do you have what it takes?

  • It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker.
  • You study at university level and have at least 1½ years until completion/graduation.
  • You are self-driven, meticulous and curious - not least about The LEGO Group as a firm
  • You are energized by joining a high-performing and agile team
  • You can work approx. 2 days a week (~15 hrs a week)
  • You have some experience with PowerPoint and Excel – and ready to learn more
  • You respect confidentiality – you will be acquainted with sensitive areas and subjects within The LEGO Group
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
