Play your part in our team success

As Manufacturing Manager, you will lead and engage a team of 14 colleagues in Monterrey, ensuring maintenance, re-work/adjustments, and new machining of mould components are performed safely, on time, and at the highest quality. You will be a visible, hands-on leader on the shopfloor, playing a key role in driving Safety, Quality, and Delivery performance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Safety as the top priority – set clear standards, drive safety observations, and follow up on incidents.
  • Develop and engage people – build team capabilities, foster a strong shopfloor culture, and secure motivation.
  • Practice inline management – be present on the shopfloor, supporting teams directly, ensuring adherence to standards, and applying Practical Problem Solving (PPS).
  • Drive Quality performance – secure First Time Through (FTT), reduce rework, and maintain stable processes.
  • Ensure Delivery performance – manage schedule adherence and on-time delivery for customers.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) – embed Lean practices, apply Visual Management, and drive effective escalation.
  • Oversee TPM and maintenance – ensure reliable equipment and stable operations through preventive and predictive maintenance.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Strong manufacturing understanding and proven experience in maintenance, CNC machining, tooling or mould component production. Confident leading people on the shopfloor and know how to connect.

  • Hands-on leadership experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of TPM, Lean, and Practical Problem Solving (PPS).
  • Ability to manage and deliver on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP) targets.
  • Experience with Visual Management, daily whiteboard meetings, and escalation systems (Andon, loss recording).
  • Clear and effective communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Proven ability to develop people, solve problems, and drive improvements directly on the shopfloor.
