Core Responsibilities
- Retail Planning: Own a set subset of the LEGO® portfolio and perform the item level forecasting for consumer sales and shipments to secure the best possible availability.
- Consolidating the roll-up of the demand plan for submission, accounting for sales actualization alongside the impact of forward-looking cycle-on- cycle changes.
- Reporting & Analysis: Analyze and understand drivers of plan performance with a focus on improving Item Mix Error. Leverage own reports in combination with BI produced insights, to help improve the quality of forward-looking plans.
- Collaboration & Coherence: Ensure global collaboration and coherence with team members in other regions. Discuss and present data and findings with item level forecasters and relevant partners to secure a joint view on the best possible plan.
- General Support: Support the broader team with key monthly tasks, including updating of standard reports and preparation of slides for regular monthly meetings.
- Other/Ad hoc: We are on a journey of implementation of new tools and technology to support our future Retail Planning process and you should therefore expect some involvement in ad-hoc project related tasks, as required.

The retail planning team is a global team based in 4 different locations; Boston/Enfield – Shanghai – London – Billund. We are responsible for the +20 month demand plan globally across LEGO® owned branded channels, both physical stores and online. We plan a +16Bdkk annual turnover and have been experiencing a hyper growth the past years.
This role supports the team and the broader organization by securing a strong foundation for our forecasts, so we have the best possible availability and can reach the desired shoppers. Furthermore it enables the team and partners with insight to performance and trends so appropriate actions can be taken timely.
Do you have what it takes?
- Demonstrated strong collaboration skills across functions, cultures and management levels.
- Strong analytical perspective. Can oversee a larger amount of data and draw out patterns and key messages.
- Process focused and systematic.
- Strong experience with generating & presenting PowerPoint decks and working with Excel. Experience with other data visualization platform like Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Result orientation and drive. Winning/can do mindset and thrives in overcoming complex situations.
- Proven experience working within a consumer goods environment
- An ability to learn quickly and work autonomously
- Advanced English is mandatory both verbal and written.
Nice To Have:
- Previous demand planning and or supply planning experience
- Past experience of working within a supply chain environment and/or commercial environment
- Experience of working with people across multiple functions
- Thrives in a global environment & uses online collaboration tools
- Proactive and continuous improvement approach
- Past experience of working with O9 planning software
- Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain management, mathematics or statistics based field or demonstrable analytical skills developed through previous work experience

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $81,631.00 - $122,447.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
