We are now hiring a digitally savvy Learning & Development Project Manager to lead the global implementation and development of our digital learning environments – a key enabler of product knowledge and capability building across the organization.

About The Position

As Learning & Development Project Manager at Dometic, you will play a central role in shaping how our teams learn, grow, and succeed. You will be responsible for driving the global rollout and continuous improvement of our Product Academy portals, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering high-quality learning experiences. This role combines strategic project management, stakeholder engagement, and learning innovation. Based at our HQ office in Stockholm, you will report directly to the Head of Dometic Academy.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Project Management: Lead the global implementation and enhancement of Product Academy portals. Manage project timelines, KPIs, and deliverables with a focus on quality and business impact.
  • Training & Enablement: Design and deliver enablement programs for creators and administrators. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Training Content Development: Develop engaging training materials based on strategic concepts and guidelines. Collaborate with subject matter experts to evolve and enrich learning offerings.
  • Interface Management: Provide hands-on support for platform usage, including content management and user permissions. Promote adoption of standards, best practices, and platform features.

A suitable background would be a few years experience in project management, preferably within learning & development or digital platforms, as well as possessing the following qualifications and experiences:

  • A track record of successfully managing diverse stakeholders and driving collaboration across teams.
  • Experience navigating global environments with cultural awareness and adaptability.
  • A digital mindset — confident using tech tools to get things done efficiently and effectively.
  • A university degree in Education, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Bonus points for experience in developing training content and an eye for internal communication and branding.
  • Experience in content development for training or educational programs is beneficial.
