Talent Acquisition Partner

We're looking for a TA Partner to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Belgrade. The successful candidate will be doing a variety of recruitment tasks, as well as partnering with stakeholders across the business to understand the talent needs of the organization, implementing hiring strategies to attract strong talent and proactively sourcing niche skill sets. We'd like to speak with you if you have passion for Talent Acquisition!

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• 5+ years of prior recruitment experience
• 2+ years of experience working with international stakeholders
• Experience in use of MS Office
• Proficient in English

It would be great if you also had… 

• ​Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business related field
• Previous experience with Workday will be considered an advantage
• Previous experience recruiting Tech roles

What will you be doing in this role?  

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Advise hiring managers on labor market trends based on detailed knowledge of assigned business groups.
• Apply internal pay data and knowledge of external market activity to determine talent acquisition approach.  
• Proactively identify and engage potential candidates with niche skills through social media and professional networks.  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts. 
• Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.

About The Team

You will be a member of a team of 6 Talent Acquisition professionals working in our Belgrade office. We are a team of strategic advisors for business leaders and hiring managers regarding the best practices and labor market trends related to attracting/hiring talent. Talent Acquisition owns the end-to-end process from approval to offer accept including all Talent Acquisition related programs.

This role will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.

Hours Of Work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
