The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring Senior Customer Experience Specialist to join the team at our Harbour Town Adelaide Store. In this role you will be focused on delivering personalised customer service experiences, strong styling skills, and an elevated in-store experience. As a Senior Stylist, you’ll create genuine connections with clients, offering tailored styling advice and helping them find pieces that feel just right. You’ll lead by example on the shop floor, supporting the team in driving sales and delivering exceptional service.

This is a permanent part-time position offering 32 hours per week across Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

As a Senior Customer Experience Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Delivering personalised styling advice and exceptional customer service
• Building strong client relationships through clienteling and follow-up
• Supporting team performance by leading on the shop floor
• Maintaining visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards
• Assisting with stock management and product replenishment
• Contributing to a positive, team-focused boutique environment

What you'll bring to Oroton!

• Have proven experience within retail apparel and accessories (essential)
• Creative and innovative eye for detail and a natural flair for styling
• A strong understanding of fabrications, styling concepts, trends and be focused on consistent knowledge building for the team
• Hold strong demonstrated sales ability to achieve and exceed KPI's and targets
• Proven ability in stock management
• Have proven ability to learn, contribute and take initiative
• Have immaculate grooming and personal presentation within company guidelines
