Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Product Developer

• Coordinate the product development lifecycle for Islamic products which includes Retail Banking Financing, Corporate Banking Financing, Trade Financing, Trade Services, Credit Card and Prepaid Card.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward and achieve desired outcomes.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation and proposals for new products or enhancements, ensuring they meet all regulatory and internal requirements.
• Manage the submission of product initiatives to internal committees and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare training materials and standard operating procedures for new product launches.

Technology & System Support

• Develop user requirements for new products and process enhancement projects.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure all updates and enhancements are functioning properly.

Requirement

• Possess a Degree in finance, accounting, banking, business administration or other related specialization.
• Thorough and detail-oriented approach to ensure all work is complete and accurate
• A self-starter, independent, self-organized, meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines. 
• Excellent organizational and co-ordination skills, intellectually curious.
• Possess dynamic and positive working attitude towards multi-tasking and proactively seeks out opportunities to advance and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and product owners in launching / on-boarding sustainable products that will build the revenue and achieve profitability targets.
• Prior exposure in Islamic product development or equivalent experience is a-plus.
