Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop user manuals/workflows, policies and procedures for clearing and settlement of digital products
• Prepare digital products reports for Management and NBC such as PSD report, Bakong report, KHQR report, etc.
• Produce reports that are required by Card Schemes, such as LAT, QMR, and VQR;
• Perform track report and oversee daily reconciliations, clearing and settlements, payments, and nostro accounts for Card Schemes, CSS, and Bakong; etc.
• Ensure all reports are accurate and timely submit to the regulators & stakeholders
• Assist Line Manager in leading projects and ensure it completed timely
• Lead and coach Junior Officer, Young Bankers & Interns on DB work
• Work closely with Line Manager and HOD to provide the report stakeholders timely
• Work with other tasks assigned by the line manager

Requirements:

Education/Qualification

• Degree in Finance /Banking/Economics or related fields and Preferably having good knowledge of core banking system and Mastercard
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in reconciliation and settlements such as on Bakong service, Card Schemes (Mastercard/VISA), or any other digital products and services.
• Experience with card handling, online payments and Master Card knowledge is preferred. 
• Good knowledge in Card Management including International Scheme Card, E Commerce of developing and delivering digital and mobile propositions to meet specific customer needs
• Understand the technology and operations implications of proposition delivery
• Good planning, organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good Leadership and motivation skills.
• Work independently with a Numeric and analytical skill
• Conscious of details and accuracy
• English is proficiency
