Manager, Credit Evaluation (Cambodia)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct due diligence and verification of CA submitted
• Responsible for borrowers’ financial analysis, accurate assessment with highlighting key operating, financial, management risks, and proper recommendations to delegated authority accurately determine clients Risk Rating and appropriate triggers for upgrade or downgrade.
• Responsible follow up the approved deferral documents and covenants to ensure that the loan has been processed in strictly comply with the approval and our credit policy.
• Manage loan application documents and ensure their safe keepings
• Ensure turnaround time for CA submission for approval is met.
• Prepare various regular and ad hoc credit reports for the purpose of portfolio management
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the management in connection with the credit evaluation function
• Overall responsible for credit risk management and evaluation of loans within portfolio with minimal accounts turning NPL/High Risk / Watch-list after review.
• Work with other tasks assigned by Line Manager or Head of Credit

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance and related experiences;
• Certified Responsible Lending by IBF
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in credit evaluation
• Good understanding on banking products and process
• Strong knowledge on credit evaluations, collection and analytics
• Good time management and negotiation skills
• English is proficiency
