PurposeCare and its affiliate companies are looking for qualified, dependable, honest, reliable, Staffing Coordinators to assist in caring for the needs of our clients. We have an immediate opening for a Staffing Coordinator who can provide scheduling support and caring assistance for our caregivers and our community's most vulnerable.

This position is responsible for client schedules, filling shifts when staff call off, overseeing and managing clients to ensure satisfaction with the schedule and staff working in the home. 

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, home care, healthcare staffing, or caregiver support strongly preferred. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse individuals. 
• Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented approach. 
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable with both independent work and team collaboration. 
• Proficient with basic office software and/or client management systems. 

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience as a caregiver or in caregiver management is a strong asset. 
• Knowledge of caregiver compliance, onboarding, or training processes helpful
