We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant who can provide administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare organization.

Summary:

This position reports to the finance director.  The primary role of this position is to manage the long term care insurance processing and submission of all documentation needed for LTC clients and Insurance companies.  This role provides excellent customer service and support to both clients, field staff and the Long Term Care insurance representatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, home care or related industry preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse individuals.
• Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable with both independent work and team collaboration.
• Proficient with basic office software and/or client management systems.
• Knowledge of excel, word, Microsoft products critical
