Inbound Call Representative / Administrative Support  

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This position involves handling a variety of office tasks, including data entry, answering high volume phones, providing customer service, and general clerical work. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, detail oriented, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

What You Will Do:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems
  • Answer multi-line phones and take information or direct calls as appropriate
  • Create service calls/texts for dispatch
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support such as filing, scanning & processing mail
  • Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them in a professional & helpful way
  • Support other team members and departments as needed 

Hours:

  • Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1 hour lunch period, Or 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with 1 hour lunch period

  • Previous office, clerical, or customer service experience preferred
