The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Park Manager to oversee all aspects of operations at our scenic Townsville property. This is an exciting opportunity to guide a high-quality holiday destination that balances relaxation with accessibility and adventure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily park operations including front office, guest services, and grounds maintenance.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated team of staff and contractors.
  • Manage budgets, financial controls, and revenue opportunities to meet business targets
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative, safety, and company requirements.
  • Drive occupancy and revenue through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, guests, and the local community.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation across facilities, gardens, and amenities.

About You

We are looking for a proactive, people-focused leader with:

  • Demonstrated management experience in holiday parks, tourism, hospitality, or similar.
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to health, safety, and compliance.
  • Computer literacy (RMS, Reckon, or similar systems).
  • Current driver’s licence, police check, and first aid certificate.
