Job Title

Advisor, Dotnet Software Development

1) Proven experience in software development, with a focus on .NET technologies (MQ,  MVC Framework, SQL Server ) and web projects.

a) Advanced level coding skills in C#, .Net Core, ASP.Net

b) Solid experience working with databases, relational / NoSQL, along with writing and optimizing SQL queries

c) Proficiency working with Message Queuing systems like IBM WebSphere MQ, Kafka etc (Paypoint going to do Enhancements)

d) Strong background in CI/CD Process

2)Strong background in API design and development

3) Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
4) Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, testing, and deployment.
5) Facilitate agile development methodologies and continuous integration and delivery practices
6) Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools
7) Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
8) Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
