Under the direction of the Dean, acts as the Adminstrative Assistant to the Dean and the Colleges. Coordinates, organizes, and supports SCollege Programs. Establishes and maintains systematic and efficient office operations. Works collaboratively with departmental employees and organizational employees at other sites.

Qualifications EDUCATION:
Minimum:
• High School graduate or equivalent.
Preferred:
• Associates Degree in relevant field.


LICENSE:

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum:
• Three years prior experience as an administrative assistant or related position in a professional office setting.
Preferred:
• 3 years prior experience as an administrative assistant in an academic setting.


SKILLS:
Minimum:
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the people in a professional and courteous manner.
• Must be highly organized to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skill set.
• Computer literacy.
Preferred:
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
