About The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity to work in our well-established packaging team.

We are looking for a team player with leadership attributes who can assist Lead Packaging in coordinating and performing activities of diversified staff involved in packaging quality products through high-speed linear weigher for storage and dispatch.

The role will be based at our Scoresby facility.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently promote high standards through personal example, motivating a team of 3-4 members so that each member maintains required production and RNC quality and OH&S standards.
• Achieve scheduled operational day to day targets following defined manufacturing procedures in high-speed machineries.
• Load/seal/label/pack the specific QC approved products.
• Safely operate and maintain the cleanliness of the packaging lines.
• Packaging, labeling, and batching with high accuracy and speed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and update all production and cleaning logs.

Required Experience:

• Must have operated high speed packaging lines.
• Has led a small team of 4-5 people

Qualifications:

• Certificate in food processing is preferred
• Completion of primary level studies
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Physically fit and able to lift 25 kg.
