Merakey is seeking an Executive Operations Coordinator to join our Adult Behavioral Health (ABH) team. This role provides high-level administrative and operational support across the department, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality in service delivery. The Executive Operations Coordinator is a key partner to leadership, helping drive operational excellence and positive outcomes for the individuals and communities we serve.
Compensation: $28.00–$32.00 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement
As an Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate daily operations and administrative functions for the Adult Behavioral Health leadership team.
- Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and communications to ensure department efficiency.
- Support project management by tracking deadlines, action items, and deliverables across the division.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior leadership review.
- Serve as a central point of contact between leadership, staff, and internal departments to streamline workflows.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in a corporate or administrative environment preferred
- 5+ years of progressively responsible executive assistant or administrative support experience, ideally supporting senior leadership in healthcare or behavioral health preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Teams, SurveyMonkey, Smartsheet, Zoom, and SharePoint
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization, time management, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
