We are looking for a skilled Tech Support – Portal and Mobile APP Senior Specialist to join our IT Support II Level Department. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem solver with strong communication skills, eager to contribute to the stability and efficiency of our systems and applications.
What You'Ll Do:
- Provide second-level support for tickets escalated from Technical Support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Portal and Mobile Apps, SQL, and system logs.
- Use diagnostic tools to assess and resolve problems independently.
- Identify bugs and collaborate with the Development Team to resolve them within defined deadlines.
- Ensure accurate reporting and follow-up on unresolved issues.
- Improve IT processes and address business needs through technical expertise.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support workflows.
- Report to the Team Leader and maintain clear documentation of support activities.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
What You'Ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Level II technical support.
Solid Knowledge Of:
Docker, Kubernetes
Sql Administration
- Portal and Mobile App environments
- Linux, Java, Bash, Python
- Proficiency in English; basic understanding of Italian is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Linux+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
