We are looking for a skilled Tech Support – Portal and Mobile APP Senior Specialist to join our IT Support II Level Department. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem solver with strong communication skills, eager to contribute to the stability and efficiency of our systems and applications.

What You'Ll Do:

  • Provide second-level support for tickets escalated from Technical Support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Portal and Mobile Apps, SQL, and system logs.
  • Use diagnostic tools to assess and resolve problems independently.
  • Identify bugs and collaborate with the Development Team to resolve them within defined deadlines.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and follow-up on unresolved issues.
  • Improve IT processes and address business needs through technical expertise.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support workflows.
  • Report to the Team Leader and maintain clear documentation of support activities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.

What You'Ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Level II technical support.
  • Solid Knowledge Of:

  • Docker, Kubernetes

  • Sql Administration

  • Portal and Mobile App environments
  • Linux, Java, Bash, Python
  • Proficiency in English; basic understanding of Italian is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Linux+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
