THE JOB:
As a Cook at MGM, you will expertly showcase your culinary skills while crafting memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your warm smile and attentive service will set the perfect tone, allowing you to connect with guests and understand their individual stories. By embracing their unique needs, you'll create unforgettable moments that extend well beyond their time with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
• Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
• Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
• Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service
• Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups
• Work as a team, assist all guests needs and inquiries

The Ideal Candidate:

• Required to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant experience as a cook in fine dining preferred
• Prior experience working on both broiler and sautee stations preferred

Pay Rate

The rate for this role is:

$24.00

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
