Federal Human Resources (HR) Senior Analyst

ECS is seeking a Federal Human Resources (HR) Senior Analyst to work in our Arlington, VA office.  Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

ECS is currently seeking a communicative and experienced Federal Human Resources (HR) Senior Analyst to join our team.  The ideal candidate will be a seasoned federal HR expert and possess interpersonal skills that elicit confidence, trust, and collaboration.

Primary Duties

• Support federal customer in defining an enterprise strategy for human capital management (HCM)
• Conduct an analysis of alternatives of HCM systems
• Provide expertise on Federal HR automated information systems and processes
• Identify and analyze the impact of HR decisions on the total HR service delivery to customers
• Provide leadership of processes for the continuous improvement of the customer experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Must have a US Citizenship
• 7+ years related experience, with at least 5 years federal HR experience
• Experience working with HR data, metrics, and processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comprehensive understanding of OPM regulations, pertaining to personnel processing
• Ability to gather requirements for HR, payroll systems, and beyond
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, writing clearly and concisely
• Experience providing support to executive leadership
