Applications Developer

This is a full-time position, and requires a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance.

2HB Incorporated is seeking a Applications Developer to support its government customer in Chantilly, VA.

This Applications Developer will maintain and enhance an existing social media data exploitation platform. This Applications Developer will work within an existing team environment. Work will include developing enhancements to an existing service-based Java web application.

The candidate MUST have experience using TypeScript and React to build and maintain scalable front-end applications and have a solid understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and hooks.

The candidate MUST have experience with MobX (or similar) state management libraries, an understanding of Node.js, familiarity with Elasticsearch, proficiency with relational databases (specifically Amazon RDS), and strong knowlege of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
