The Role:

CCSG operates across Insurance, Asset Finance and Banking and Finance sectors. This is an incredible opportunity to join a dynamic team responsible for managing credit accounts for our clients.

We are seeking a highly motivated Collections Officer to join our team. The Collections Officer will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We work on a hybrid working model (3 days in the office and 2 days at home).

Responsibilities

Here’s an example of your day to day:

  • Engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner, providing top-notch customer service while assisting them in reducing outstanding debt.
  • Manage inbound & outbound customer calls
  • Build and establish relationships with customers with connection and trust
  • Investigate, identify and establish customers financial situation
  • Negotiate, implement and monitor tailored payment solutions
  • Record interaction file notes ensuring meticulous record keeping
  • Adhere to compliance frameworks

Requirements
