Returns Associate

Job Summary:

• Performs picking, staging, & allocating outbound orders
•  Adhere’s to all schedules
•  Assist in returns for NI products

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for order allocation and picking in a serialized environment.
• Monitors and adjusts to customer schedule changes and acts accordingly
• Assist in Returns for all NI equipment

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years ' experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experience with inventory management or ERP software
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated, energetic, self-starter
• Availability to work overtime as required
• Great work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with serialized telecommunications equipment
• Experience working on returned equipment.
• Experience working with Microsoft GP Dynamics
• Experience working with SalesPad and ShipCenter
