About The Opportunity

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team in a casual Packer role, with additional responsibilities as a Factory Assistant and some initial Kitchen Hand support. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who’s organised, proactive, and keen to be part of a growing production team. While the core focus is packing our baked goods (especially our signature cookies), you’ll also support general factory operations and assist with basic kitchen tasks during your onboarding period.

Your early responsibilities may include washing dishes, unpacking deliveries, and helping with ingredient prep, gradually transitioning to focus more on packing, stock rotation, and factory coordination. If you enjoy working behind the scenes, keeping things clean and running smoothly, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning during the initial training period
• Wash, sanitise, and sort trays, tools, and equipment to ensure the kitchen is clean and ready for production
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all areas of the kitchen, including sinks, work surfaces, and storage rooms
• Pack cookies and assist with the packaging of baked goods to meet daily production targets
• Support the Bakery Manager with basic factory tasks and coordination
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the packing and storage areas
• Help receive and check deliveries for ingredients and packaging supplies
• Support stock rotation and storage organisation (cold, dry, and packaging areas)
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures

• You’re reliable, efficient, and have a great eye for detail
• You work well in a team and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• You’re happy to start with some kitchen support tasks and grow into a packing-focused role
• You take pride in keeping things tidy, organised, and running smoothly
• You’re committed to food safety and workplace health standards
• You bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to every shift
