Claims Adjuster

We are currently looking for a Claims Adjuster to join our professional indemnity team based out of our Dublin office

This role will be to support the property & structural defect claims team with the efficient management of claims, working within your own authority levels ensuring settlements are achieved in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. Where appropriate to undertake the recovery of our outlay from the third party insurer and support the wider team with complex investigations, pulling of MI, and being able to negotiate and agree settlement of a claim with all parties concerned.

To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, good attention to detail, and great problem-solving skills. Thriving in a role where you’ll work both autonomously and collaboratively at times is key, this role will give you an opportunity to work cross functionally and give you exposure to all levels of the business and client facing. Previous claims experience is a must, however, whilst knowledge of the property or structural defect claims environment is preferable it is not essential, we’re keen to speak to any interested candidates from a variety of claims backgrounds.
