What You’Ll Do

• Plan, create, and deliver loyalty offers and direct marketing campaigns.
• Build customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and optimise segmentation.
• Support campaign testing, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.

What You’Ll Bring

• 1–2 years in a CRM, digital, or technology-focused marketing role (or transferable experience).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms).
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to work independently.
• Confidence working with customer data, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Understanding of CRM best practices, data privacy, and digital marketing.
• A curious mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in CRM and marketing technology.
