Profile:
The Store Planning team is responsible for translating the vision of Solomeo into new physical spaces. The Junior Design Project Manager works closely with their team and outside vendors to bring concept to reality and ensure our stores are inspiring, luxurious, and welcoming to all guests that come through the door.
Role Responsibilities:
- Create and manage interior plans and updates in AutoCAD application.
- Obtain pricing and tracking of information from vendors.
- Develop on-brand presentations and other documentation for submission.
- Play a part in team project management.
- Obtain pricing and tracking of information from vendors.
- Liaise with construction professionals and vendors about the feasibility of projects.
- Create and oversee progress reports, time schedules, and revised budgets as projects mature.
- Record and maintain accuracy of project and material costing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Architecture or relevant field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Subject matter expert in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of 3D rendering programs is required
- Background in architectural drawings required (from development of general plans to more detailed drawings including MEP systems etc.)
- Ability to critically check drawings (architectural, MEP, mill-work drawings) and update/correct them according to project requirements
- Process driven with excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively to deliver timely and impactful results.
