About The Role

Working part-time across Tuesday to Friday, you will lead educational experiences and support a team of passionate educators. This is a rewarding position for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, designing engaging programs, and inspiring young minds. You will:

• Contribute to and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF
• Develop experiences that spark creativity, critical thinking, and a love of learning
• Build strong, respectful relationships with families and colleagues
• Support a team culture that prioritises collaboration and innovation
• Ensure every child feels secure, supported, and encouraged to explore their potential

What We’re Looking For

• Over 50% completed Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching, or a recent graduate
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality early education
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Current relevant clearances (WWCC, National Police Clearance, Child Protection training)
