This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and energetic State Manager to lead a high performing and successful team.

The Role

The State Manager is responsible for the success and growth of our Western Australian membership and our business performance. Success is defined by your ability to lead, coach and develop our WA-based team to provide outstanding support to our members. This role is about guiding the team to deliver exceptional service while also being hands-on in supporting members directly when needed. It’s an exciting, multifaceted role that requires strong leadership, coaching, and relationship building skills to ensure our members consistently receive the highest level of care and support.

The role includes the following responsibilities:

• Lead the team in alignment with company strategy and values.

• Actively engage within the broking industry and member community (including members and lenders) to develop strong stakeholder relationships.

• Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional service and support to our members.

• Attend and actively participate in Professional Development, Sales and Network events.

• Identify opportunities to enable member success through our Connective product and service offerings.

• Ensure the smooth onboarding of new members through liaison with support teams.

• Collaborate with Marketing team on campaigns and act as the conduit for industry information.

• Work closely with the national team to apply agreed methodologies and business processes consistently across all activities.

The Person

As a passionate and experienced people leader, you will be structured, self-motivated and exceptional at relationship building. You are also an experienced people leader who understands the value of coaching to deliver operational excellence, outstanding service and performance results.

You Will Also Have:

• Experience within the mortgage broking, third party banking or finance industry in the Australian market.

• Experience in delivering business outcomes along with very strong relationship management skills and team leadership as hallmarks of your success.

• Innovative problem solving, analytical skills and ability to interpret/report on sales data.

• Valid Australian drivers licence and own transport.
