We are seeking talented Associates to join our North America Underwriting Services team in our newly created Everest Business Center in Dallas. As a team member, you will need to think both creatively and analytically, solve problems and make decisions equipped with technical knowledge you will garner through hands-on experience and training. 

New hires receive a 16-week comprehensive training program focused on three key areas:

Foundational Knowledge: Understanding insurance principles. Technical Skills: Hands-on practice with core systems and workflows. Career Development: Guidance on navigating the organization and exposure to highlight future career pathing opportunities within Operations.

Throughout the four-month program, you will be supported by a dedicated buddy for guidance, a local leader for oversight, and a peer group that meets every six weeks for collaborative mentoring.

Job Responsibilities

As part of a team your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end policy lifecycle, including new business submissions, mid-term endorsements, policy rating and construction, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Supporting the automation journey by reviewing exceptions and providing analysis for future enhancements.
  • Ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all internal and external metrics.
  • Analyzing reports to propose data-driven actions that improve workload prioritization and workflow efficiency.
  • Independently reviewing and analyzing incoming transactions to ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality.
  • Collaborating with Underwriting and other business units to optimize workflows and enhance the client experience.

The Base Salary Range For This Position Is $62,000 - $64,000 Annually. The Offered Rate Of Compensation Will Be Based On Individual Education, Experience, Qualifications And Work Location. All Offers Include Access To A Variety Of Benefits To Employees, Including Health Insurance Coverage, Student Loan Repayment And Tuition Reimbursement Programs, An Employee Wellness Program, Life And Disability Insurance, 401k Match, Retirement Savings Plan, Paid Holidays And Paid Time Off (Pto).

What You Bring: Experience & Qualifications

You Are.

  • A recent college graduate (May 2024 - Aug. 2025) with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
  • A highly ambitious team-player with excellent communication, analytical, critical thinking, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office software, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

You Have Demonstrated:

  • Leadership or involvement in extracurricular activities, campus clubs/organizations, your community, etc.
  • An ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment with other like-minded teammates.
  • A history of being a self-starter that is energized by independent learning and research.
