Account Manager - I&P

What you will do
•Developing and executing strategies to maximize NEXPERIA sales at the account. Taking ownership for relevant Key Performance Indicators.
•Understanding the customer‘s business strategy, opportunities and issues. Identifying opportunities for NEXPERIA and work with distributions to drive design win and business growth.
•Regular review with distributions for specific customer revenue, inventory, backlog order and design pipeline.
•Regular review with product team for new products requirement in customer side and other support need.
•Build up customer relationship from working level to top management.
•Gathering and communicating market/competitor information into the organization
•Accountability and Ownership as the Account Manager.
 

• What you will need
• •University background / education in electrical engineering
• •Minimum 5+ Years Sales / Marketing experience in the Semiconductor
• •Knowledge of Power Discrete, MOSFET, and SiC, IGBT, GaN in Industrial application.
• •Rich experience in Motor control, Power Tools market.
• •Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team
• •Strong communication and negotiation skills
