We're seeking a Master Space Planner for a 12-month maternity cover to lead initiatives optimizing our workplace infrastructure, including office spaces, parking, and cafeteria capacity.
Role Overview: As a key member of our Facility Management Team, you will lead strategic space planning efforts to support ongoing expansion. You'll design and implement analytical models to address evolving space needs, ensuring a streamlined work environment aligned with our growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop predictive models for space allocation encompassing office spaces, parking, and cafeteria capacities.
- Lead strategic space planning initiatives in alignment with company expansion strategies.
- Participate in site master planning with a focus on infrastructure planning.
- Collaborate with HR, Facilities Management, and IT to refine workspace requirements.
- Enhance and automate space planning processes using programming expertise.
- Conduct data analysis and produce reports to guide strategic business decisions.
- Promote adherence to health, safety, and sustainability regulations in workspace planning.
- Understand BR18 regulations, building permits, and occupancy processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience in project management related to space planning or facilities management.
- Strong analytical skills for developing predictive and optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or SQL for data analysis and forecasting.
- Experience in infrastructure planning within corporate settings.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with BR18 regulations and occupancy procedures.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
